Commission Guide

Rules | Terms of Service
________________________________________

  • Upfront payment is required if you want your art piece to be made!
  • There will require a 8.48% fee added to the price for the service I use. You can calculate it on this site: https://thefeecalculator.com
  • Once the price has been made and agreed with, an in-voice link will be sent.
  • Payments must be sent in USD currency.
  • You cannot not use multiple accounts to send your money, make sure it’s the only one you use to pay other artists with.
  • After the payment has been sent, your piece will have it’s own progress card on the commission Trello list.
  • A rough sketch of your piece will be sent for approval; in order to correct on any mistakes or adjustments that need to be made, ’till it reaches your ideal vision. (You can also ask for a flat colored approval as well.)
  • Please try not to rush the artist, good art takes time. There will be some cases to where small updates are sent, if there’s a change in schedule; usually in terms with IRL stuff, my part time job, and family.
  • If you are rude or make straight up harassment, your commission will end up getting canceled (money gets refunded), and you will be banned from commissioning the artist.
  • If you at any point would like to request a refund after canceling your order; be noted that you’ll get 90% of the original price returned. The remaining 10% goes to the artist for your service.
  • The commissioned piece will then be sent to your email/DM when finished, before being uploaded to social media. (If you’re wishing for your art piece to be private, you are more than welcome to ask for it not to be shown.)

________________________________________

Here is list of general things that can be drawn. New things are always welcome, but if it’s something WAY far off the usual comfort zone, wether it’d be super complex designs or certain themes, don’t feel bad if it gets declined.

  • Canon characters (Characters from TV shows, movies, games, etc.)

In terms of 18+/NSFW art, there will be some restrictions on what can be drawn; as well as a few rules that must be made before doing so.

Rules

  • Before a commissioner asks for a NSFW piece, they must first confirm that they are 18 or older to pay. Confirmation in terms of showing an ID or birthdate will be asked in private. If the person is underaged, they will be blocked.
  • NSFW pieces that include anything extremely sexual, will only be uploaded on certain sites that allow them (Pixiv, Newgrounds, etc.); other mediums will have a cropped out teaser preview of the piece.
  • If the artist makes NSFW art, it doesn’t mean you should pester for nudes or start any sexual encounters, that is harassment.

  • Vore/Inflation
  • Scat
  • Necrophilia/Guro/Gore porn
  • Futanari
